Founding Charter

Veritas et Sapientia — Truth and Wisdom

This document defines TTU’s mandate, governance structure, and Phase I operational scope.

I. Establishment

Tenio Theological University (TTU) is hereby established as a faith-rooted theological and philosophical institution under the covering vision of CrownMind Institute. TTU exists as an academic and formation body dedicated to the pursuit of Truth (Veritas), the cultivation of Wisdom (Sapientia), the formation of disciplined and faithful individuals, and the preservation and transmission of theological, philosophical, and moral knowledge.

II. Mandate of TTU

TTU is founded upon the conviction that education must form both mind and character, and that theological study must produce disciplined living.

III. Governance Structure

1. Founder & Chancellor

The Founder serves as vision bearer and doctrinal guardian, Chancellor of the University, custodian of institutional mandate, and final authority in matters of mission alignment.

  • Protect doctrinal integrity
  • Approve curricular structure
  • Oversee institutional expansion
  • Ensure alignment with the founding mandate

2. Academic Council (Phase I — Foundational Form)

During Phase I, the Academic Council may consist of:

  • Founder/Chancellor
  • Designated Academic Advisor (future role)
  • Module Development Lead

Functions: review and approve course modules, safeguard academic seriousness, ensure coherence across programs, and recommend structural expansion for Phase II.

3. Administrative Oversight

Phase I administration may include:

  • Digital Operations Lead
  • Records & Archive Custodian
  • Communications Steward

Responsibilities: maintain platform integrity, archive institutional documents, and ensure communications align with TTU’s mandate.

4. Future Governance Expansion (Phase II & III)

  • Board of Trustees
  • Faculty Senate
  • Accreditation & Compliance Committee
  • External Academic Partnerships

IV. Phase I Operational Scope

Phase I defines TTU as a Digital Theological Formation Institution. During Phase I, TTU operates as a modular theological learning platform, a structured repository of academic theological materials, and a formation-centered institution without state accreditation (unless formally pursued later).

VI. Charter Integrity & Amendments

This Charter serves as the foundational governing document of TTU Phase I. It may be amended by formal written revision and requires Founder/Chancellor approval for modification. Any amendment must preserve the original mandate and pillars.

VII. Declaration

Tenio Theological University is established as a disciplined house of study, a structured path of formation, and a steward of truth and wisdom.
