School of Ministerial Development
Ministry is not improvisation — it is trained faithfulness. This school forms readiness through doctrine, discernment, pastoral foundations, and evangelism practice.
Certificate Paths (Phase I)
- Certificate in Apologetics — clarity, defense of faith, response to objections
- Certificate in Pastoral Foundations — shepherding, care, counsel, oversight
- Certificate in Discipleship & Evangelism — message, method, follow-up, accountability
Required Formation Outcomes
- Clear articulation of Gospel essentials
- Ability to counsel with Scripture and wisdom
- Discernment: truth vs. error vs. noise
- Practical discipling: follow-through and formation rhythms
Phase I Delivery (How You Learn)
Each certificate is divided into modules. Modules are completed through lessons, reflection, and short assessments. Completion is verified through documented submission.
Prototype Module Set (Suggested)
- MD-01: The Call to Shepherd
- MD-02: Sound Doctrine & Guarding the Deposit
- MD-03: Evangelism with Clarity and Courage
- MD-04: Pastoral Care & Counseling Foundations

Long-term alignment: Each module here is structured to later become a credit-bearing course
(Phase II) with catalog language and faculty review.

These are simple and operational even without an LMS:
